Govt. Girls Hostel
Perfect Leap takes its first leap towards Government School Project, conducted Career Counseling session for the Girls Hostel’s of M.P. Govt Schools. Places to name: Badnawar, Bagh, Dhar, Tirla, Berasia, Bhopal, Gandhwani, Dharampuri, Nalcha, Sardarpur, Bhanpura, Garoth, Jawad, Neemuch, Manasa, Bakaner, Susari, Kukshi, Dahi, Singana, Alirajpur, Udaygarh, Jobat, Sondwa, Kattiwarah, Bhavra, Narsinghgarh, Biaora, Rajgarh and many more…. We counseled around 4000 students in thisproject.
The counseling was done for the students of 9th to 12th class; the counseling session was conducted in 2 phases.
Phase 1: A common presentation given to all girls in which we spoke about various career options available and their future scope, we also talked about the essential skills required other than education to groom and prepare self for job world.
Phase 2: One to one career counseling session was conducted in which we suggested the subject to class 9th & 10th girls depending on their interest, talent and subject marks. For class 11th & 12th we suggested the way forward to continue with the subject taken or to change the subject depending on the marks scored and do various courses to make better career.
All students were very enthusiastic about this counseling session and they found it to be very helpful, they also want this counseling session to be conducted more times in an academic year which will help them in deciding the best career path as per their talent.
